Bitbrain Versatile Plus 16ch & 32ch EEG

Versatile Plus EEG is the next generation of the Bitbrain Versatile EEG system. Featuring water-based caps for real-time brain activity monitoring, it supports both wireless and wired operation. They are built for research across a wide range of settings, simple to handle for the researcher and comfortable to wear for the participant.

Main features

• Wireless and mobile technology, quick to set up and easy to wear. It also records wired over USB at up to 1024 SPS, or at up to 2048 SPS onto the internal 64 GB SD card, always at 24 bits.
• Water-based sensors that need nothing but water to prepare.
• Electrode positions are free across the International 10-10 / 10-20 system, on caps covering head perimeters from 420 to 630 mm. Every electrode carries its own visual ID and the cap shows the 10/10 positions.
• Stable contacts and active shielding keep the recording reliable in ambulatory conditions and around electromagnetic noise, with noise below 1 µV RMS, CMRR above 100 dB and input impedance above 50 GΩ, plus real-time impedance check.
• Designed for various research needs including cognitive research, brain-computer interfaces, VR, laboratory and high precision wired setups, naturalistic studies outside the lab, and teaching and applied research.
• Record several participants at the same time for hyperscanning, or combine EEG with Versatile Bio and other systems over LSL. The amplifier also brings its own ExG inputs, movement data from the IMU, and event marking with digital input and photodiode.
